Career Development Seminars, Presentations and Outplacement Services
Organizations that value diversity and employee growth have found that career development training for their employees helps increase employee retention. Barriers such as race, gender or lack of education and skills can force employees to look outside an organization for career advancement. Using a small group format, this seminar helps employees prepare their own personal marketing plan through a holistic process. The goal is to help workers identify opportunities for advancement with their current employer. Or in the case of a layoff, help the worker quickly find employment outside the organization. Past clients include the Port of Seattle, Boeing and METRO.
